Handmade & Unique
Each jumper is hand embroidered and made to order, which means no two will ever be exactly the same. Slight variations are part of what makes your item unique.
Because of the custom, handmade nature of these pieces, I’m unable to accept returns or refunds based on:
Font or design variations
Colour differences caused by screen settings or lighting
Sizing choices (for personalised items)

Production Time
These jumpers are embroidered by me, and as such they take time to make. My current lead times are:
2–4 weeks from order to dispatch
If you need your order sooner, please send me a message — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
Care Instructions
Hand washing and drying flat is recommended.
I have tested the jumpers on a delicate machine wash (because really, who has time to hand wash?!), but please note this is at your own risk.
Do not tumble dry embroidered items.
I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged by washing or drying.
